I have looked everywhere and I don't know what I'm missing. Everything looks good but still no data. Please help me.

IDK... I've lost my futures data again. The bars are green.. I've logged into my live account .. but still no data. Can you help me please?

hi i have problem with data feed i am not getting real time data feed which is Denali exchange data feed and i use (cqg order routing only) any little help will be appreciate.

Everything on your account looks good, so we do not see any reason from this side as to why you are not getting the data.

Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.
