interactive pro v/ s lite with denal

I have subscribed for for the following:
Denali Exchanges Cost:  11 USD / Month
Current Service Package: 11 - Evaluate Highest Available Service Package

With the above, I see the data on the Number Bars study.

How do I confirm if this data is live and not delayed?

questions:

1. Do we need IKBR pro or lite is fine? With lite, I could not connect sierra to IKBR.
2. With commission free IKBR, I could not connect IKBR
3. Do we really need to connect sierra to IKBR account every once a month if we do not trade on ikbr via sierra?
4. Do we still need CME Real-Time - Trader Workstation fo 11$/mo if we have above services subscribed via sierra?
5. Do we get Denali Exchanges Cost with service package 11.


Note: I'm a non-professional who has IKBR lite account with margin enabled.
I have provided the Trading Account Number and Clearing Firm and signed the I am a Nonprofessional.

On my sierra chart, I can see [M] after the symbil with the above subscriptions and no subscription from IKBR. Could you confirm the data is not delayed and just the service package 11 and denali exchange cost of 11/mo is enough to get live data?

Or do I need to switch to IKBR pro to login to IKBR via sierra charts and subscribe to IKBR data too?

You are not getting the real-time data since you have not connected to your Interactive Brokers account in order to verify the account for the non-professional status. We are not familiar with the Interactive Brokers Lite to say whether it can work or not, but you state that you are unable to connect. Do you have the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation software? If so, then you should be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that software. Refer to the instructions here:

If the "Lite" account is a demo account (paper trading, simulation, etc.) then this will definitely not work for the verification. It has to be a live trading account.

You do not need the data from Interactive Brokers if you are able to connect your Sierra Chart to resolve the non-professional status and if you are going to be trading exclusively through Sierra Chart. You may still need the IB data if you are going to trade from the IB software, even if it is occasionally.

Thanks for the reply. So, the IKBR Lite does not allow the API's to be added that are mentioned in the link you posted.
Requested for IKBR-pro and it works. Thanks for confirming I do not need data from Interacrive brokers

I was able to connect to IKBR. I don't see (delayed) now .. However, I do not see [M] as well to confirm I ma getting live data. How to confirm I have live data?

Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log for us to see where the data is coming from:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
