You are not getting the real-time data since you have not connected to your Interactive Brokers account in order to verify the account for the non-professional status. We are not familiar with the Interactive Brokers Lite to say whether it can work or not, but you state that you are unable to connect. Do you have the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation software? If so, then you should be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that software. Refer to the instructions here:

If the "Lite" account is a demo account (paper trading, simulation, etc.) then this will definitely not work for the verification. It has to be a live trading account.

You do not need the data from Interactive Brokers if you are able to connect your Sierra Chart to resolve the non-professional status and if you are going to be trading exclusively through Sierra Chart. You may still need the IB data if you are going to trade from the IB software, even if it is occasionally.
