Hello, I am following the steps in the following link, to connect once a month to the data provider and continue with DENALI data. You have connected to your trading account properly. You can view the verification date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges The issue is that the exchange that you had active did not renew on October 1, 2022 since you had deactivated it on September 20, 2022. You can select the exchange(s) you want to activate for the CME Group at the link above (just below the verification date).
