User324251: Your issue is not with connecting to your live account to adjust your "Verified Until" date. Right now, that date is showing as "2025-06-15" (June 15, 2025). The issue is that you do not have any exchanges active. The exchange that you had active in April, 2025, did not automatically renew on May 1, 2025 due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of the renewal.
