https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1664810962456.png As you can see, the "heat map", with continuous liquidity zones terminated this morning. I am in need of finding resting liquidity zones and continuation liquidity as the early morning reveals. Why did it stop? Thank you. |

The Market Depth Historical Graph is not showing all the levels because you do not have any active exchanges that include the Market Depth data. You can change your exchange selection at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also, the two exchanges that you have current activated are not both needed. The CME Top-of-Book is part of the Full CME Group. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks John. If I'm at TDAmeritrade on TOS, and it is not connected to SC, will it display market depth? There's a warning if the broker isn't connected...

We are not sure we fully understand your question, but here are some thoughts. First, you do not need to be connected at all times to your trading account in order to receive the real-time data into Sierra Chart. You just need to prove your trading account for the non-professional CME Group data, at least once a month by connecting to it. Right now, your account is showing a verified until date of October 31, 2022. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Second, we do not support TD Ameritrade for trading any longer, and we have not for awhile. Therefore, we are not sure how you verified your account recently, but if you do not have another account you can use for verification purposes (Interactive Brokers, or a broker that uses CQG, Rithmic, or our Teton Order Routing Service) then refer to the information at the following link for a solution for a minimal outlay of funds: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Third, apart from the above information, the only thing you need to get the Market Depth data is an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. The exchange you want for just the CME exchange with Market Depth is the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts.
