We are not sure we fully understand your question, but here are some thoughts.

First, you do not need to be connected at all times to your trading account in order to receive the real-time data into Sierra Chart. You just need to prove your trading account for the non-professional CME Group data, at least once a month by connecting to it. Right now, your account is showing a verified until date of October 31, 2022. You can view this date at the following link:

Second, we do not support TD Ameritrade for trading any longer, and we have not for awhile. Therefore, we are not sure how you verified your account recently, but if you do not have another account you can use for verification purposes (Interactive Brokers, or a broker that uses CQG, Rithmic, or our Teton Order Routing Service) then refer to the information at the following link for a solution for a minimal outlay of funds:

Third, apart from the above information, the only thing you need to get the Market Depth data is an exchange that includes the Market Depth data.
