How Do I increase the Number of Levels I can See?

Please SC staff or anyone with knowledge on this (see the attached image)....basically I want to see the levels above and below in the yellow boxes.

I like to see the resting orders/pockets of liquidity sitting on the book....as you can see from image I have enabled DOM on the chart and have enabled the maximum levels of market depth for both the specific chart and global settings.

If I understand correctly from reading other documentation I have the max levels set to zero which should (I think) show all of the levels.

I follow other SC users that use similar charts to mine and at the same time periods they can see levels above and below that I can't see....so I'm pretty sure I've got the config wrong somehow.

Try this:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

or:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Max Depth Levels (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)
