attached is a photo of my chart. the purple candle circled white is being populated and i dont know why. the white line pointing down shows there was no cross from below to generate it. please advise

What exactly is the formula being used that generates the purple colored bars?

so i use the study "color bar based on alert condition" and the formula is =CROSSFROMBELOW(ID5.SG2,ID5.SG3). Also, it's generating the incorrect signal on all time frames. all other signals on the chart are correct though

are ID5.SG2 and ID5.SG3 valid subgraphs and do they actually cross each other? And does ID5.SG2 cross ID5.SG3 from below?

yes they're valid and yes they cross each other and yes ID5.SG2 cross ID5.SG3 from below. I can send more pics if that would help
