Problem with Denali data today

Hello, my denali data has been working good for a few months now. Today at the US open, I noticed that the 5 minute bars in my Sierra were very different then my cfd account. I logged into Rithmic, loaded a 5 minute chart and it was matching my cfd broker. Then I logged back in SC data and now it seems to be working ok. It cost me my first trade though and confusion/frustration. I don't understand why this happened as its not even a new month. Please can you tell me why so I can avoid this happening in the future. We are not fully understanding what exactly the issue is that you had. Did your charts look wrong at one point and now look correct?

What kind of chart bars are you using?

Yes, the 5 minute ES candle chart was very different then on my cfd broker. When I logged into Rithmic and compared a 5 minute ES chart it matched the cfd broker. (I trade live on cfd broker, I watch it every day and its always almost exactly the same)

So my charts were wrong and I need to figure this out so I dont lose money with the wrong data.

Ok,I will post screenshots if it happens again, its too late now.

This happened once before and the issue was that Denali data was lagging because I was deemed "ineligible" for real-time data because I hadnt logged in to Rithmic for a couple months. It seemed like the same issue because once I connected to Rithmic for a minute and then reconnected to SC data, the charts loaded correctly. I logged into Rithmic just a couple weeks ago so it doesnt make sense why this is happening again in the same month. Do you have any idea? If not you can close the ticket, thanks John.

From our logging it looks like what you are stating is what occurred. Our log shows the following:
FundedTradingAccountStatusExpirationDate changed from '2022-09-25' to '2022-10-26'.

Therefore, your non-professional status did expire on September 25, 2022 (yesterday) and therefore this morning you would have been getting the delayed data.

We can not say why it did not update if you connected just a few weeks ago. We do not have any information for that.
