Ok,I will post screenshots if it happens again, its too late now. This happened once before and the issue was that Denali data was lagging because I was deemed "ineligible" for real-time data because I hadnt logged in to Rithmic for a couple months. It seemed like the same issue because once I connected to Rithmic for a minute and then reconnected to SC data, the charts loaded correctly. I logged into Rithmic just a couple weeks ago so it doesnt make sense why this is happening again in the same month. Do you have any idea? If not you can close the ticket, thanks John.
