Problems to connect to Uprofit evaluation account

Hello,
I would like to connect my Uprofit evaluation account to Sierr Chart.
My current data package service is 11.
When looking into the Data/Trade Service settings, in curent selected service I can only find "Rithmic Direct-DTC (Trading)" referencing to Rithmic, and in the Server (list) I select the "UProfitTrader-Chicago Area-Aggregated". The I enter my Rrading User Name and password. When applying all and clicking OK the system says that my access is denied by Rithmic Direct. Please cehck the uploaded file for your reference.
Can you help me with this?

Hello, I checked the referred link and I revised the instructions provided but I continue having the same issue. Could you please confirm that I have the right package? I contacted Uprofit and they told me that I have to choose Rithmic paper trading option although that is not available...I do not understand....I am going from Uprofit, to rithmic to Sierra and I have no solution. Is there anyone in Sierra trading with Uprofit?

Yes, there are others that use Sierra Chart with Uprofit.

The package you have will work to connect to Rithmic.

Only Uprofit can tell you what server you need to connect to. In terms of the list of servers, that is something we get from Rithmic, so we have no control over what is listed and what is not listed. Therefore, you need to work with UProfit (or Rithmic) to ensure you are selecting the correct server.

The main issue that is referenced in the link we provided previously was that your Rithmic Username and Password can not be more than 32 characters. If you think you are close then cut down the length of whichever you need to adjust to ensure that you are not having an issue with this limitation.

Hi John, I have tried with other account, this time it is with Goalltrading that is using Rithmic as well and the same happens, I think there is something in my account with Rithmic that prevents me from connecting to Rithmic. Could you please check it?

There is nothing about your account that would prevent you connecting to Rithmic.

What exactly is the issue? Are you not getting the list of servers that you are expecting? Are you getting some kind of error?
