Yes, there are others that use Sierra Chart with Uprofit. The package you have will work to connect to Rithmic. Only Uprofit can tell you what server you need to connect to. In terms of the list of servers, that is something we get from Rithmic, so we have no control over what is listed and what is not listed. Therefore, you need to work with UProfit (or Rithmic) to ensure you are selecting the correct server. The main issue that is referenced in the link we provided previously was that your Rithmic Username and Password can not be more than 32 characters. If you think you are close then cut down the length of whichever you need to adjust to ensure that you are not having an issue with this limitation.
