Hello, I would like to connect my Uprofit evaluation account to Sierr Chart. My current data package service is 11. When looking into the Data/Trade Service settings, in curent selected service I can only find "Rithmic Direct-DTC (Trading)" referencing to Rithmic, and in the Server (list) I select the "UProfitTrader-Chicago Area-Aggregated". The I enter my Rrading User Name and password. When applying all and clicking OK the system says that my access is denied by Rithmic Direct. Please cehck the uploaded file for your reference.
