Im trying to connect CQG WEB API at Data/Trade Service Settings howeever however an error message appears (picture attached) What should I do? Tried to use Denali data feed instead of CQG but its only working only for euro and pound futures, gold and es are delayed |

I updated my sierra chart to version 2439 but still not working.. any ideias? last data I have on gold is 9/16 (friday)

Regarding the Gold chart: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Hi Today I started to receive 10 minutes delayed data feed Im using denali data feed "SC Data - All Services" and exchange feed (CME/COMEX) are set to "Automatically Renews" at my account control painel My amp futures account is disabled because I have below $ 100 equity on it atm, however, if I im using denali data feed I dont need CQG data anymore right? What should I do in order to receive real time data? Thanks |

You do need your CQG account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange rates. Since it has been more than a month since you connected to your live trading account, the verification date for your account is passed. This means that you can not get the real-time data until you make the connection to your funded trading account.
