Hi, I am interested in service package 11 6 months and will use rithmic data. Dont understand a few things, so please help me understand. 1. How much instances I can use on different PCs, IPs address simultaneously? I only know about possible multiple unlimited instances on same PC, IP address. 2. How much cost additional system, instance so platfrom could be used simultaneously on different PCs, IPs? 3. Will these data (Internal, cfd, etc.) work REAL-TIME simultaneously on different PCs, IPs? (depends how much is allowed, activated) ''The external services are separate from us. Data services provided with the Service Packages include the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service, Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service, and the Sierra Chart Market Statistics Data Feed'' 4. Do I need to have some live account with a broker attached to sierra account and if yes and I ll not have it, what will happen to my account? WIll platform stop working or some features, data included in package 11? Thanks, Regards, K |

1. First, in terms of the number of Sierra Chart installations you can have. You can have as many installations on up to 2 different computers, by default. If you want to add additional computers, you can pay for an additional 2 computers, therefore you could have up to 4 different computers running Sierra Chart simultaneously, with as many installations running per computer as you want. But, you need to keep in mind that the trading services and exchange rules are different. Therefore, even though you can do this with Sierra Chart, you will need to check with Rithmic on their rules for connections for trading as well as connections for data. 2. Each additional system above the 2 initial is an additional $12.00 apiece (so $12.00 for the first additional and then another $12.00 ($24.00 in total) for the second additional system (4th system)). 3. As noted above, that is a question that you need to ask Rithmic. 4. If you are using the Rithmic data, then there is no requirement for a specific broker, etc., although you will have one, in order to get the Rithmic data. 3. thats your data, which come with a package 11, not rithmic in this case. Will I be able to use them real-time simultaneously in all PCs I d use, total 4 when additionaly purchased? or just one PC will have real-time and rest delayed if used simultaneously? For our Denali Exchange Data Feed, we gave the information at the end of the previous post. As we stated, you can have 2 installations running at the same time on one computer, and if you pay the extra exchange fee, then you can have data to two different computers at the same time (so a total of 4 installations - 2 on one computer and 2 on another). You can not do more than this for the data. Any other systems would only be able to get the delayed data. John, maybe I dont understand what sierra offer but I dont want denali exchange but SC all data. Are you perhaps referring that denali is actually the one, which will provide me these with package 11? These r part of pricing for package 11, while denali is additional cost, no? (futures) - Sierra Chart Historical Data Service - Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service - Sierra Chart Market Statistics Data Feed I want to have real-time CFD, market statistics with no delay on 4 PCs simultaneously, if payed additionally for connection. Is that possible? |

If you just want CFD and Market Statistics, then you do not need the Denali data. You also can be on Package 5, since you are also not making any connections to external sources. Therefore, the only thing you would need to do in order to have Sierra Chart running on 4 different computers at the same time getting the CFD and Market Statistics data, is to increase the number of systems to allow you to have 4.
