The reason you are getting the error on the second system is because you are trying to bring CQG data into the system when you are on a version of Sierra Chart of 2394 or higher. With release 2394 we stopped the data for CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you have two options with the second installation: 1) Downgrade to version 2393 and continue to get the CQG data. Refer to the following for how to downgrade Sierra Chart: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2) Stay on the current version and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If the installations are on the same computer, then you will not need to pay any additional fees. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously If the installations are on two different computers, then you would need to pay for a second exchange fee to get the data to both systems simultaneously. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This is really frustrating. Every two or three months something new comes up that becomes a problem for us users. For each commercial choice you make, technical consequences follow which, without warning, force us to change the setup. I have been with SierraChart for 4 years and I have learned to develop in ACSIL but given the continuous changes you make to the setup I will be forced to migrate to a more robust system that does not force me to review everything every 4 months. On the other hand I imagine that given the birth of teton sooner or later you will also remove the support for the bridging orders with cqg. |

and I have learned to develop in ACSIL but given the continuous changes you make to the setup I will be forced to migrate to a more robust system that does not force me to review everything every 4 months. More robust system? Sierra Chart is the best. And you do not have to review everything 4 months. ACSIL remains consistently stable and unchanged. There is new functionality added but it does not affect existing studies. What specifically are you referring to? So we can address the issue or provide an explanation. This is not true: For each commercial choice you make, technical consequences follow which, without warning, force us to change the setup.
There is a notice provided. Right here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 There is also a system notification Directly shown within Sierra Chart for this that you should not miss: 2022-05-16: Support for market data direct from CQG for CME Group and EUREX data is not supported in versions 2394 or higher. For details, refer to: <a href = "https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394">Version 2394</a>. This does not affect Trading. For market data for these exchanges, the Denali Exchange Data Feed is required.
This is also something that has been posted on our Support Board going on for about two years. So we have waited a very large amount of time to implement it, over two years literally, and most importantly only implemented it as of a particular version. So if you do not want to be affected by it, you can continue to stay on an older version. Sometimes there are changes that do occur from time to time over long spans of time, years, but it is not fair to say that it is every two or three months. This is not true: Every two or three months something new comes up that becomes a problem for us users.
