SC Real-Time data - Logon error

Dear support,

Yesterday I start using SC real time data and have problem to connect:

Sierra Chart Server Info - Server Name: SC Real-Time Server. Server Version: . Provider Name: Sierra Chart. | 2014-05-06 09:44:30
Sierra Chart - Server protocol version: 3. Client protocol version: 3. There is a protocol match. | 2014-05-06 09:44:30
Sierra Chart - Logon error from server : Not authorized. | 2014-05-06 09:44:30
Sierra Chart: Disconnected from the server. | 2014-05-06 09:44:30
Sierra Chart: Data feed disconnected. Will reconnect. | 2014-05-06 09:44:30

My SC is version 1107. Im connected to IB live account.

We apologize for this. We are aware of the problem and it will be resolved as soon as possible. Hopefully within a few hours.

Could you for now disable Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

Press OK.

After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

This is now resolved.

Reenable: Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
