Connecting CQG to Sierra Chart

I am trying to trade CME markets. I have package 11 on Sierra charts and my broker has enabled my CQG account to trade on Sierra. I keep getting the error message 'Real time data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.MESU22. ID:2'

You need to complete the agreements for the exchanges that you require and also activate the exchanges. This is all done from here:

I see you have completed the Market Data Agreements and activated the CME Group Exchanges that you want via #3 here:

You might also use this helpful symbol re-mapping feature:
EDIT >> TRANSLATE SYMBOLS TO CURRENT SERVICE
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Lastly you should reach out to AMP to tell them not to charge you Real-time CME Group Exchange Fee for CQG Data anymore because you are getting your Real-time CME Group Data via Denali. AMP are very familiar with this.
