I see you have completed the Market Data Agreements and activated the CME Group Exchanges that you want via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME You might also use this helpful symbol re-mapping feature: EDIT >> TRANSLATE SYMBOLS TO CURRENT SERVICE Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Lastly you should reach out to AMP to tell them not to charge you Real-time CME Group Exchange Fee for CQG Data anymore because you are getting your Real-time CME Group Data via Denali.
