historical data issue with foot print

I currently have cqg data through amp global trading account, and Sierra chart 5 package. and I'm wondering how to get historical data for footprint on Sierra chart. I was considering changing account status to "order routing only" on amp global through cqg and then purchasing the 12 package on Sierra for historical market depth data. just trying to get historical footprint data, and I've went through every article and changed all the settings. What you are seeing is due to the lack of historical data with the CQG data. The only "fix" is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed which has 1 tick data going back to at least 2014 for the CME group. If you switch to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to be on Package 11 (you do not need Package 12 unless you are wanting the MBO data). You can also then stop the CQG data from your broker.
