Just moved to Service Pack 11 using Denali - CQG(No Data - Order Routing Only) data through AMP. I finished all the agreements as required, but now are receiving the following error ID=4 Symbol not enable. Any suggestions on how to enable the symbols for live data? Thanks

The implication from what you are stating is that you need to change the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes, as it sounds like it is set to No right now. After you do this, select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If the setting above is already set to Yes, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I'm in the same boat here. Just getting set up and I have linked AMP via CQG(No Data - Order Routing Only) which appears to be connected, and I have Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds selected to "Yes". I have just purchased service package 12 Denali advanced MBO but can't seem to get data connected (I have tried disconnecting and connecting again)

Hoping you can help please!

Thank you
