I have service package 10 and everything was fine yesterday. Open charts this morning and live data on my charts stopped yesterday at 18:21 eastern time. I get this message on my chart when opening: Real time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.MNQU22 ID:1. Download failed, Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed.

I seem to be connected to data feed (green ) but can't see it on the chart.

It looks like you may have updated your software. With version 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394

Therefore, you have two options at this time:

1) Downgrade to version 2393 and continue to get the data from CQG. Refer to the following for how to downgrade:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the CQG data. It costs the same and you have much more historical data available with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can then stop the CQG data from your broker. To get this data, refer to the Setup Instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I'm a little confused. I want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is 36usd service 10 standard. Now, I went to the " Activate services" page where it says that the Denali Data Feed is active. Then I signed the "Nasdaq Exchange Agreement". Do I also need to activate the "Nasdaq US Stock Data" at an additional cost of 16$ / month if I trade futures only? Also do I need to activate the
" Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX]" at an additional cost of 3.5usd / month (no market depth)? I read the instructions but again a little confused. Thank you.

You definitely need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. If you just need Futures data from the CME Group, then go through the setup instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

The NASDAQ TotalView exchange is U.S. Stock data. If you also want this data, then you would go through the Setup Instructions at this link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
