It looks like you may have updated your software. With version 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you have two options at this time: 1) Downgrade to version 2393 and continue to get the data from CQG. Refer to the following for how to downgrade: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure 2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the CQG data. It costs the same and you have much more historical data available with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can then stop the CQG data from your broker.
