Not able to connect to live data

Hello I upgrade my package from Package 5 to Package 11 but not able to connect to live data. I used to connect via CQG WebAPI but after upgrading I am unable to do so and if I connect to SC Data-All Service [date] it is 10 min delayed data. I am not sure what to do. Please advise if I am missing something or what needs to be done to get back in business.

With version 2394 and higher we do not allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options:
1) Downgrade to version 2393 and continue to use the CQG data. Refer to the following for how to downgrade:

2)Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. You can then discontinue the CQG data and pay the same amount. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data here:
