Good evening. I currently require live data feed for the symbol F.US.GCEQ22. I just signed up for the $3.50 Denali feed for the CME Group non professional. However the feed doesn't seem to be coming through on my Sierra Chart. I was wondering if you could assist. Thank you.

First translate the symbols with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

And if you still have an issue, follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

Good evening. Thank you for your response and sending the guidance. I followed it and when I disconnected it started to download historical data. I am unsure if this was what fixed the issue or something else. Either way, it appears to be resolved now. Thank you for your time.
