I don't have any more that I can do??? You will have to contact me or do something on your end
to get me Connected; Other-wise this will be my last month with Sierra Chart. Been a
customer for many years. I think you should respect that.

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.

Now connected: No IOAMT CHART> Black Screen,Waiting to download data,I rolled to Sept. contract
Didn't help... Still waiting, I just checked~~ needs to be reconnected at Sierra Chart.
