Show Depth feature "grayed out" on Trade DOM

Hello Support,

Please instruct me how to enable the price ladder on the Trade DOM to show market depth. The show depth button on the Trade drop down window is grayed out. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I am also facing the issue. I am not able to see size (depth) in the DOM. I have tried all that have be written in the link below but no good.

What are the columns listed in DOM Column Order in Trade >> Customize Trade DOM Columns?

The other question is whether you are connected to the data feed. You can tell because File >>Connect to Data Feed will be disabled.

I have tried almost all types of columns including "Combined bid/Ask size centered" as suggested.

I am connected to Rithmic live account. While connected I have the DTC Bridge Server window open and minimized.

I have also tried using my live account instead of the Simulated account but still no good.

The CME exchange for you activated does not include market depth. You can deactivate the CME Exchange without depth and activate the one with depth:

We will make an improvement in Sierra Chart in the next release so at least you will see the best bid and ask if you are using an exchange without depth.

I had subscribed for SC RealTime Data feed but later realized that I dont need it as Rithmic provides me Realtime data and the history data is provided by the other SC history datafeed. So I have deactivated the SC RealTime Data yesterday itself after using it for just 2 hours. Rithmic should provide the market depth correct ? Why does SC RealTime data still block the market depth from Rithmic also even after deactivating it ?

If you want to use the Rithmic data feed, you need to disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After this reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu.

Ok but if I do that will I be able to use the SC historical data feed that comes with the package? Not the SC RealTime Data. Or is it that everytime I need historical data I need to enable that feature ?

As long as you are on the current version of Sierra Chart, you should get the Sierra Chart Historical Data that you have paid for with the data feed and it will not be delayed even if you have unchecked Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

We have checked and this should work.
