AMP/CQG USER , CANT CONNECT DATA FEED , PLEASE HELP

Hi,
I use the sierra chart to trade on AMP futures with CQG data. But recently I cant connect the data feed even though I have paid the data fees.

Please help!

Hi,
My account is still showing following error (see attached picture). Can not download the data for CME symbol.
Please advise.

With version 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing CQG data from the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:

Given this, you can either:
1) Downgrade to version 2393. Refer to the information here:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

or
2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In so doing, you can tell AMP that you do not need the data from CQG, so it will essentially cost you the same amount. Refer to the information at the following link which also includes Setup Instructions:

Option 1: worked , which is using 2393 version

Option 2: latest version with Denali data feed is not working. Currently I am on evaluation package 12 but still see the same error message.

With option 2 you need to go through the Setup Instructions for the real-time data, as you need to fill out forms and activate exchanges. For the CME Group data, then instructions are at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

We should also point out that with the CQG data, you can not get data for a prior contract, therefore you can not put together a Continuous Futures chart.

With the Denali data, we have data for the CME Group going back to 2011.

Hello John,
I'm using the trial platform of SierraChart cause I read that if I use the 2393 version I can still use CQG data feed to trade real time, even without historical data.
The problem is that the stable version, v.2393 and v.2391 give me the same error:

The information in your log and from the image is stating that you are NOT on version 2393, but a version of 2394 or higher. Our servers are also showing you are on version 2400.

Hi John,

Would it be possible to allow me another month of evaluation package ?

just to confirm with 2393 version i can see the data with AMP+CQG account but can not trade , is that right ?

For trading with AMP+CQG account, I need 2394 version and minimum package 10 ?

Just a bit confused and trying to get the solution for AMP+CQG account.

Please advise.

No this is not true. All Sierra Chart versions support trading through CQG.

And yes we are happy to give you another evaluation. It just easy is for us to technically do that when the current one expires.

The evaluation expires June 27. So if you can contact us then to renew that. We will do that.

We will set your paid service package back to 3 for now. But you have access to service package 12 now because of the evaluation.

Currently, I am trying with the 2393 version to place a trade but it's getting rejected (see attached screenshot). A little bit frustrated here. Please help.

When you placed that order the market was closed. It looks like you tried to place it on Saturday morning.
