Hello,

My Charts are not connecting to the data feed.

I made a payment for my account on May 17 via Paypal for 36.00

item# 179677

Toda I'm getting a prompt that my package 5 is not active. (see below)

Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management. | 2022-05-23 13:28:05.224 *

We have implemented the change that we have been notifying customers about regarding the need to move to Package 10+ in order to make any external connections. You can review the information here:

We have gone ahead and set your account to evaluate Package 12 for 30 days, so you can continue as you are for the next 30 days, but you will need to select an appropriate package before that time expires so you can continue to connect to your trading service.
