Hello, My Charts are not connecting to the data feed. I made a payment for my account on May 17 via Paypal for 36.00 item# 179677 Toda I'm getting a prompt that my package 5 is not active. (see below) Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. We have implemented the change that we have been notifying customers about regarding the need to move to Package 10+ in order to make any external connections.
