Historical Data Skipped - Recent subscriber and Rithmic DTC connection

Hi, I recently connected Rithmic DTC but am not receiving any live data on my charts, and am seeing the message "historical download skipped." What can I do on my end to mediate this issue? I have looked through similar threads but doing the delete all data and download is not fixing it for me. I was under the impression that if I left the historical data section of the rithmic login empty that it would pull from my Denali Subscription. (am attempting to see data for MES and ES currently)

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:

Keep in mind that Prop Trading firms do not count towards the CME Group requirement for a live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not have another account, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
