To start off, I have the service package 11 which comes with the Denali Data Exchange Feed and I also am in the combine for the Topstep program. I have already entered in all the correct data to the data/trade service settings but when I click on intraday chart for either NQ or ES it still won't load. The historical chart can be brought up just fine but whenever I click on intraday this message pops up "Download failed Error downloading historical intraday data for NQ Unknown request". What do I do to fix this?

Not sure but I think your symbol for NQ is not correct. Have you updated your symbols for Denali? Denali Exchange Data Feed |
