How do I get the intraday chart to work?

To start off, I have the service package 11 which comes with the Denali Data Exchange Feed and I also am in the combine for the Topstep program. I have already entered in all the correct data to the data/trade service settings but when I click on intraday chart for either NQ or ES it still won't load. The historical chart can be brought up just fine but whenever I click on intraday this message pops up "Download failed Error downloading historical intraday data for NQ Unknown request". What do I do to fix this?

The first item of note is that you are not fully setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You still need to activate the exchange(s) you want. You can do this from the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Given that the Denali Exchange Data Feed wasn't setup, you should have been getting the data from Rithmic. Did you have information entered for each of the items on the Data/trade Service Settings, particularly for the Rithmic data?
