Hello, I would like to cancel my service please. I must be too retarded to use this properly and spend all my time trying to sort out issues.

We have set your account to not automatically renew. As such, your account will be set to an expired state after May 22, 2022.

Hello, I would also like to cancel my Sierra Charts account effective immediately. There are too many background hoops to jump through in order to make the service work. Love the program, just hate the hoops. I'll request a refund per the link that was provided earlier.

We can do that, but we can also help you with whatever you need. What exactly do you mean by this:
There are too many background hoops to jump through in order to make the service work.
What are you trying to accomplish, which you are not able to?

There are no hoops to jump through, to use the functionality that Sierra Chart provides. You automatically will have access to multiple data feeds including our Delayed Exchange Data Feed:

And if you are referring to CME market data policy, which we can infer, then this is because of the CME:

Has nothing to do with the Sierra Chart at all.

And there are no refunds whatsoever for exchange fees. We have to pay those to the exchange. And why is it you activated a CME nonprofessional exchange fee, if you do not have a funded trading account, with a supported trading service? Why do people ignore those warnings, as if they are meaningless.

I have a funded account through Iron Beam and activated the non-professional exchange fee here because I fit the criteria. I then read I would have to fund another account with $100 in order to have live data. At that point it was just too much.

No! No not at all. If you are using our Teton Order Routing through Ironbeam then there is nothing more to do:

If you are not using Teton through Ironbeam just ask them that you want to use Sierra Chart and to set up your account on our Teton order routing. You just need to give them your Sierra Chart Account Name as specified in Help >> About within Sierra Chart.
