If you are using the Teton Order Routing Service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing There is an update required to version 2386 or higher before 2022-05-15. You can determine the version you are running currently through Help >> About from within Sierra Chart. We are adding an additional primary server and this version supports that server. Hello, two days ago I switched to Teton (with EdgeClear and Phillip Capital) from AMP. Prior to making the switch I updated Sierra per the instructions, then made the switch and updated the symbols. Since that moment Sierra chart is not responding normally. It takes a delay to respond to my mouse, and response is very choppy. The price on the chart (both price line and candle) and in the DOM is updated every 4-5 seconds, and not smoothly as it used to be. I did one more update of Sierra thinking this may help, but the problem persists. I am currently on version 2393 64-bit, revision 42218, on a Windows 10 Pro machine. The problem could be due to the Tick Size changing back to the default on charts where you had changed from the default. Hello, My broker is Interactive Brokers and it is not in the list of brokers allowing the use of the Sierra Chart Teton order routing service, do I have to change broker to use this service? thank you for your comeback cordially |

Yes, you would need to use a different broker/clearing firm. Are you trading the CME Group of markets through Interactive Brokers?
