Last night Sierra was working fine. Opened up the platform this morning and the last price is stuck at 10pm last night.
I've connected to the SC Data to make sure the once a month requirement was met.
My rithmic data is current because everything working properly on my Motivewave platform.
I'm currently in an APEX evaluation.
reconnected my account through R/Trader pro per Apex instructions.
Still getting "Permission Denied" when downloading Data.
restarted multiple times.
Can't find anything in the support board.
been trying to figure this out for 3 hours

Please help

The market data should be fully coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you should not be getting this error.

Make sure this option is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

To ensure all of the data in the chart is from the Denali data feed and that there is no missing data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
