My streaming service (package 3) has been inactive for 2 months. Evidently something has changed. I added usage credit for 2 months for Service Package 3. I now am getting 30 minute delayed. I checked other posts but am confused as to what streaming data I now need. Please help. Is there any way to transfer Service Package 3 and my already paid 2 months to whatever I need for streaming if that is the case? Instructions are confusing. Sorry for the trouble. We see that you most recently had the U.S. Equities and NASDAQ Indices exchanges active on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. If you want to have these same exchanges active, then we can help you with this. First, though, you need to be aware that we have a new stock data feed available as part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed - the NASDAQ TotalView data. This has the U.S. stock data and includes the level 2 market depth data. But, it does not include the consolidated tape volumes, so the volumes are lower than what you would see on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This is something we are working on, but it could be another 30 days before we have it worked out. We just want you to be aware so you can choose which data you want to use. If you want to stay with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for now, then we will need to activate that for you, as we have removed it for users to activate. Just let us know, and ensure you have enough funds in your account, and we can take care of it for you. If you also want us to activate the NASDAQ Indices at the same time, then we can take care of that too, just let us know. Per previous post I just ordered 2 months for service package 3 not knowing that your real time data services had switched to Denali. How can I get credit to transfer that Service Package 3 to the correct real time data? Do I need to subscribe to Service Package 10? Thanks.

I have upgraded to NASDAQ streaming quotes, plus Denali streaming but there is no global setting to change on version 2364 to Denali. I'm still stuck on SC Data at 30 minutes. I remained confused after upgrading whatever measures I have to change in order to get the streaming quotes I once had before the change February 1. Thanks.

Since you are using the NASDAQ TotalView data feed now, you need to add the suffix of -NQTV to the exchange symbol. Without this, you would be getting the delayed data from our historical service. For example, to get data for Apple, you need to enter AAPL-NQTV.
