My streaming service (package 3) has been inactive for 2 months. Evidently something has changed. I added usage credit for 2 months for Service Package 3. I now am getting 30 minute delayed. I checked other posts but am confused as to what streaming data I now need. Please help. Is there any way to transfer Service Package 3 and my already paid 2 months to whatever I need for streaming if that is the case? Instructions are confusing. Sorry for the trouble.
