SYSTEM PERFORMANCE MAJOR ISSUES

Hi,
I have been running 2x instances on my D drive for months now and no issues.
This morning the instance 2 is highly unstable and drawing 99% of 64GB of Ram and on an I912900K.
I went into instance 2 and found some studies were referencing new charts, so I fixed these.
I am still unable to load a stable 2nd instance.
I know the system is adequetly able to handle the no. of days Im loading as its been running smooth for a long time now and I have upgraded the system about a month ago to the current i9 hardware.

When I try to update to new release, there is an error in the install and I still get the same issues.
Any help much appreciated.
