Hello, I have a new account currently in the 2 weeks free trial , trying to open a custom chartbook which does not open, the error "Not a valid chartbook" appears in the message log , neither any default chartbook opens and have not opened any before

Maybe these are older Chartbooks which were saved years ago? Do you know when these Chartbook were last saved?

the custom one is since 2 years ago, but the other 2 chartbooks came with the installation, which do not open as well, its a fresh installation with the latest version 2368 64 bit

As noted in post #6, those chartbooks will not open in the current version. We are creating new ones. In the meantime, you will need to just start a new Chartbook (File >> New Chartbook) and then use File >> Find Symbol to start a new chart.
