Hi I need pricesqwack to work on my Sierra charts too. I just paid for Denali... Version 2454 and for the life of me I can't get PriceSquawk to take ES....

I Googled and came across this page people having the same problem....

Looks like I need someone at SC to allow my account also.

However my Pricesqwack still looking for EZ-22-CME but it doesn't appear to have modified since 11-18-2022 with only 56B
I attached a screenshot that says "Sysmbol settings not found for current service"
...... I can only open ES-202212-CME and that works on the charts but cannot connect with PriceSqwack

When using interactive brokers this is the symbol you need to use:
ES-202212-CME

To solve the problem with price squawk, follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Hi there,
After the weekend. I tried to log in to Sierra Charts but data feed won't connect.
So I looked into Data/trade Service Settings and when I pick IBKR...
It says Interactive Brokers (Not enabled on package) but I have been using it for 2weeks before and I even added credits...

I really don't know what to do. I am so lost and tired of this.

Could you please help me?

Everything on your account looks good.

We wonder if you are logging into your Sierra Chart with a different Account Name than what you have posted from. Make sure you are logging in correctly by selecting Help >> About and checking that your Account Name is the same as the one you posted from.

If that is all ok, then we would need to see an image of the problem you are seeing, as you should not be getting that error based on your account setup.

That symbol is properly set up for CQG relating to using price squawk.

Just make sure the symbol settings are up to date:
