User736992: Everything on your account looks good. We wonder if you are logging into your Sierra Chart with a different Account Name than what you have posted from. Make sure you are logging in correctly by selecting Help >> About and checking that your Account Name is the same as the one you posted from. If that is all ok, then we would need to see an image of the problem you are seeing, as you should not be getting that error based on your account setup.
