Rithmic live datafeed

Hello,

so i started evaluation process under APEX funding. THey gave me Rithmic credentials that as i found can be used in SierraChart. Unfortunately what i found is i have historical data only untill mid december, then blank chart on Market Profile, VWAP chart and so on. Also VWAP chart looks fu**** for some days with missing overnight session data ( before 09:30 NY time, or start of RTH ). So, the charts are completly useless now.

WHat i have:

- Rithmic signed agreements which is i guess equivalent of funded account that is needed for realtime data if i want to use feed from Sierra.
- Paid subscription 11 with denali datafeed which are alone still delayed since i dont have funded account
- Rithmic account, which when is conected shows realtime data but with described issues as per above explanation ( how ever orders open/closed are routed properly to Rtrader )
- 2 colleagues, that use same Sierra templates, same Rithmic feed, Apex funding firm, in general same settings over the whole Sierra Chart platform.
- of course i tried disconecting, recconecting, new templates of charts, checking Rtrader, contacting their support to see if there is issue with feed, diffrent settings and so on.


So the question here is, what should/can be done to use Rithmic to have the Charts feeded properly with live/historical data ? We compared everything that user can compare in platform and everything is set up the same way.

Since it works for some, but not for me:

- Maybe sub plan 11 is not enough or proper to work with Rithmic ?
- specific issue of... ?

I can upload screenshot of charts for you guys to see how it looks if needed. Please get in touch with me to solve this ( i already talked to Rithmic, APex and so on, but since for other guys it works properly issue seems to be with my SC platform, account or something... )

Hello,

THis link i followedd to set up the Rithmic as my colleagues:

As i mentioned Rithmic is conected, router properly and trades are visible but issue is with the feed insice of SierraCharts, which is not the case on other platforms.

And again, this setup wroks for others so there is obiously issue on SierraChart...
