IB-CME real time symbol issues

Hi, I requested the mini grain futures (XC, XW, XK) be added a while back to the CME real time feed for Interactive Brokers(IB). I recently tried to go live with them and it appears they aren't mapped correctly. If I submit a limit order it just sits there forever saying order sent and IB shows no order pending. I have attached a screen shot of the API log and a screenshot of the IB symbol info as well. Also, I am not receiving live data for the Swiss Franc futures symbol (CHF). I get data when i do a delete and download but it never updates in real time. And finally the micro canadian dollar future (MCD) says it downloads data successfully but my screen is blank i.e. i see no bars- this symbol was working for me and I've tried to get the data in multiple instances but have had no luck. For the CHF symbol do you see a [M] indicator after the symbol at the top of the chart? In the case of MCD, no one is trading this market at all. That is why the chart is blank. For XC we have added 1000 to the symbol to specify the multiplier. Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated symbol settings . Open a new chart for that symbol using the symbol that contains 1000 and give it a try. If there is still a problem, we do not know what else can be done. You will need to ask Interactive Brokers. Yes, there is an [M] after the CHF symbol. As far as MCD of course people trade it, it's listed on my IB screen and I can enter an order through trader workstation just fine. Yes, it's a micro, yes it trades miniscule volume, but miniscule volume is not the problem I'm asking help with. I'm asking to be able to get the data into sierra and execute orders through sierra using this symbol which is listed on the CME globex system. As I said, it was working before. As for XC, it still doesn't work. Perhaps it needs to be mapped with YC as that is what IB considers the underlying even though CME uses XC. Thanks again for any help you can provide. Steve. |

Yes, there is an [M] after the CHF symbol. Provide the Message Log, by following these instructions:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#log We see no data for the symbol identified as M6C from the CME. There are is absolutely no trading going on in that market for the last several months. With the Sierra Chart data feed MCD is mapped to M6C.
