For the CHF symbol do you see a [M] indicator after the symbol at the top of the chart? In the case of MCD, no one is trading this market at all. That is why the chart is blank. For XC we have added 1000 to the symbol to specify the multiplier. Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated symbol settings . Open a new chart for that symbol using the symbol that contains 1000 and give it a try. If there is still a problem, we do not know what else can be done. You will need to ask Interactive Brokers.
