Connection problem

Having been absent for some 4 months I have trouble connecting to the Interactive Brokers data service. None of my settings have been changed, yet I cannot connect. Can you please assist?

I had done this already (and now did it again). TWS confirms it is the latest version I have installed.
Sierra stil does not connect.

This log is indicating you are running a version of Trader Workstation which is less than version 939.2. That is quite clear.

If you need help with getting version 939.2 or higher then please contact Interactive Brokers.

Maybe you might want to uninstall Trader Workstation from your computer and reinstall using the link we gave.
