Having been absent for some 4 months I have trouble connecting to the Interactive Brokers data service. None of my settings have been changed, yet I cannot connect. Can you please assist? I had done this already (and now did it again). TWS confirms it is the latest version I have installed. Sierra stil does not connect. This log is indicating you are running a version of Trader Workstation which is less than version 939.2. That is quite clear. If you need help with getting version 939.2 or higher then please contact Interactive Brokers.
