Sierra charts cut off

Hi Twice, once yesterday and once oday sierra charts has disconnect in the middle of me training, all my other equipements were working perfectly, this is really bad as yesterday i lost quite a bit of money due to this. Today, fortunatley i was only using the simulator as i am waiting for a transfer to get to my account. This is not good and i deeply feel that you should do something about it in my favour, weher it's pay back my loss or at least the fees. Has this happened to any one else ? This is not a Sierra Chart issue at all. And it is also not clear exactly what you mean. Are you referring to Internet connectivity? We see you are using CQG. Stop using CQG. It is inappropriate to be asking for losses. This is not our responsibility as you should know and is not our issue at all. Hi Thanks for your reply the broker is amp If it's possible to have Teton and it is a better connection then yes if it is possible i will change. What is the price fir Teton just for CME I only trade ES S&P500 Thank you Paul |

You are already getting your data from us, so the cost for the Teton Order Routing is zero, as we do not charge anything for the order routing. You would need to change your broker in order to use this service, as AMP does not have it available at this time and we do not know when they will make it available. I apologize for interfering, but yesterday I entered into correspondence with the broker and received an answer to a similar question: AMP (AMP Global (USA)) 14 дек. 2021 г., 14:08 GMT-6 Order Routing is a very complex operation... We will maintain communication with Sierra and send an announcement once this service has matured. For example, CQG, Rithmic, and TT....all have been performing order routing services for 20+ years...and they still get issues. So please do not be in a hurry... |

No it is not. Not even remotely close. Certainly a lot of details and complexity to the software. Once it is developed, tested and running, it is all automatic from there on and requires no intervention.We also currently route orders over to TT (trading technologies) and now that we no longer involve TT and do this directly to the CME, through the Convenience Gateway from the CME, this is massively more simplified and reliable. once this service has matured. It already has been. All of the functionality is established and proven since it is nothing new. And all the functionality has been tested in simulation extensively or over a period of years.The fact that we can offer the Teton order routing service at no cost, and provide redundancy, and features well beyond CQG, proves this.
