They are not keys on the keyboard, but is it possible to add mouse keys in Customize Keyboard Shortcuts?

I'm not asking whether this is supported. I have been using SC for couple years, I already know that those keys are not in the shortcut. I'm asking whether you can add them there.

When I'm scrolling the mouse wheel up or down, the chart moves forward or backward, therefore they are already functional in SC. Adding these keys to the shortcut allows users to bind them to functions that are practical for their usage. Please consider adding them.

The options for the scroll wheel are defined at the following:
General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll)

What is defined above are the only options available.
